茱茵、雅惠為一 苦情姊妹，自幼父母離異，雅惠稍長大為人所騙，捨棄幼小的茱茵而赴日本賣春。他日，雅惠回國後，奈何茱茵不願接受其姊妹幫忙，終日與混混男友馬魁為伍，雅惠不忍其妹自毀前程，便重金賄賂經紀人發掘茱茵並送至日本栽培而成明星。孰知茱茵回國參與首映典禮之日即遭昔日男友馬魁以破壞其形象為由加以恐嚇、勒索。雅惠得知後為維護茱茵形象而殺害馬魁，並買通張彪為其頂罪，事後張彪亦以此勒索、強暴雅惠，雅惠不甘其辱錯手殺死張彪，致使案情複雜，幸煒明冷靜分析而識破並逮捕雅惠歸案。
